New Series of Videos telling the stories of Canada's Veterans

The Veterans: Chronicling the Stories of Canada's Veterans from World War 1 to Present

The Veterans is a loving tribute to those who have served Canada - at home and abroad, their contributions and sacrifices. Presented to the People of Canada, this 52 part series chronicles the history of Canada's military.

Artwork Presentation Aboard HMCS Montreal

On June 18th and 19th, the Hamilton Airshow returned after a 10 year absence, featuring vintage aircraft owned by the Canadian Warplane Heritage with others from the Military Aviation Museum, Vintage Wings of Canada, The Great War Flying Museum, and the 1941 Historical Aircraft Group from Geneseo, NY. This show was considered a dry run for next years show celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Canadian Warplane Heritage. Niagara Falls unveils Veterans Memorial Highway

Members of the Garrison Community Council of Niagara were honoured to join over one hundred Veterans on Thursday morning, September 23, to witness the unveiling of a new highway sign for Niagara Falls. Highway 420, also known as Roberts Street, which proceeds from the Queen Elizabeth II Highway, through
theheart of the city to the Niagara River and on to the United States, wasofficially renamed the “Veterans Memorial Highway”. Read More ...
